How to Learn
What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic Meditation (sometimes referred to as transcendental meditation) allows the activity of thinking to become increasingly quiet. This process continues until the mind transcends thought and experiences its most settled state while alertness is fully maintained. As a result the body gains a state of very deep rest.
Practising 20 minutes of Vedic Meditation twice a day brings a wide range of practical benefits including improved health, reduced anxiety, a clearer & more creative mind, greater happiness and more rewarding relationships.
