Michael - NYIn mid-September Michael Miller will be in New York City to teach a course for those wishing to learn the easy, natural technique of Vedic Meditation. This is an unique opportunity to learn this simple technique, either individually or in a small group setting.

How to Learn

Step 1: Attend the Free Introductory Talk
Wednesday September 17th, 7:00pm

The first step in learning to meditate is to come along to the free Introduction to Meditation where you learn how the technique works, the benefits experienced and how it is taught. The talk lasts about an hour.

Step 2: Sign up for the Basic Meditation Course
Friday Sept 19th - Monday Sept 22nd
After attending the Introductory Talk, you may sign up to learn. The course is offered in four sessions over four consecutive days. Each session lasts about 90 minutes and are planned to fit around work schedules.

What is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation allows the activity of thinking to become increasingly quiet. This process continues until the mind transcends thought and experiences its most settled state while alertness is fully maintained. As a result the body gains a state of very deep rest.

Practising 20 minutes of Vedic Meditation twice a day brings a wide range of practical benefits including improved health, reduced anxiety, a clearer & more creative mind, greater happiness and more rewarding relationships.
