Personal Fast-Track Programme
This is a personalised package of three private sessions for those who would like to take their practice and knowledge to a new level. These sessions are tailor-made to the individual’s circumstances and cover all aspects of how to achieve a sustainable approach to health, lifestyle, relationships and decision making.
We work privately with individuals to refine their meditation and maximise its impact on daily life. These sessions deliver sustainable approaches for managing change, expanding personal creative potential and effectively interacting with the demands of life.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessment
The MBTI is a simple psychometric assessment designed to measure preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. Jillian has used the MBTI for over a decade in her corporate and consulting work and is a fully qualified practitioner. She has found it to be one of the most effective tools for individuals to gain a greater understanding of their innate personality type.
Knowledge of one’s preferred style of interacting helps to develop greater self-awareness and better understanding and appreciation of the different styles of others. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a time for a session.
Special and Advanced Techniques
Advanced Meditation Technique Course
Anyone who has been practising Vedic Meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive training in Advanced Techniques. These techniques are designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception. This results in more deep, subtle and fascinating experiences inside and outside of meditation.
Jillian and Michael are trained in a number of special techniques to support those who are experiencing more acute issues such as depression, addiction, anxiety or under/overeating. These techniques are taught privately and are a supplement to daily meditation. Regular practice of Vedic Meditation for four months is a prerequisite to learning Special Techniques.
Yoga and Yogic Breathing
A simple series of yoga asanas and pranayama breathing (called Rounding) greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation. The 90-minute Rounding Workshop is offered several times yearly and is also available on a private basis.
Rounding Workshop Schedule
This is an invaluable 1.5-hour workshop for meditating mums-to-be and covers many adjustments to meditation practice, diet and lifestyle. Jillian guides women in how to align themselves more closely to the changes occurring during this important phase of life, leading to more balanced pregnancies, smoother deliveries and faster postpartum recovery.
Introduction to Ayurveda
Ayurveda means knowledge of the totality of life, and is a complete system of health. The fundamental healing principle of Ayurveda is to restore balance in mind, body and emotions by enlivening the body’s inner resources of biological intelligence. In this three-part series, you will be introduced to the basics of this system and learn practical techniques to integrate into daily life.
Stress and Relaxation Seminar
Jillian and Michael, having held leadership positions in global corporations, are uniquely qualified to communicate the value of meditation in the workplace. This engaging seminar on the importance of mind-body balance in the workplace includes both information and practical techniques.
Personal and Professional Mastery
This is a ground breaking multi-month programme to develop the full capacity of leaders and leaders-to-be. Personal and Professional Mastery delivers a combination of powerful techniques and practical knowledge to bring about transformation of the individual and the organisation.
Meditation, in combination with an understanding of the mechanics of change, transforms an individual’s experience of the workplace. Ongoing executive coaching is available for those who want to achieve the very most in their professional lives whilst maintaining personal balance.
Retreats and Advanced Courses
A weekend residence course is a powerful opportunity for meditators to expand and deepen their practice. Participants will learn a simple series of yoga poses and breathing exercises and these will be combined with multiple meditation sessions. This ‘industrial-strength’ programme releases deeply rooted stresses and fatigue and accelerates evolution toward higher states of consciousness.
The effects of a weekend retreat are comparable to meditating twice daily for several months.
Experiencing the Veda - India 2013
In March 2013 we will be leading a retreat to the foothills of the Himalayas by the banks of the Ganges River. This retreat will consist of two sections over two weeks. Part I will be an exploration of the Vedic culture - visiting temples, meditating in ancient caves and exploring the area around Haridwar and Rishikesh. Part II will be a meditation immersion: long meditation programmes in the sanctuary of an Ashram.
Exploring the Veda
The Vedas are an ancient record of spiritual experience and the source of yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, meditation and Indian philosophy.
Exploring the Veda is a unique six-part course combining both theoretical understanding of the Veda and its practical application in daily life. Acquisition of this knowledge allows one to attune their awareness to the ongoing and ever-changing laws of nature. This gives one the ability to experience more frictionlessness and cognise the right response to the personal and collective need of the time.
The course is held on evenings and weekends in six seminars spread over 12-18 months.
