The Retreat

Join us for a unique opportunity for transformation as you emerge from lockdown: a Virtual Rounding Retreat. Clear a few days from your schedule and take some time to go deep within. Enjoy a dive into your meditation practice, and experience powerful rest and purification. Retreats are one of the best ways to fast-track your development — a weekend can deliver the benefits of months of regular meditation.

The Meditation Programme

The virtual retreat will focus on a technique called ‘Rounding’. Rounding is a simple series of yoga poses, followed by a breathing technique called Pranayama. This is easy to learn and can be practised by anyone. When you add this sequence to your meditation, the result is an ‘industrial-strength’ programme that enhances the restfulness of meditation and increases the release of deep stress and stabilisation of our inner unbounded status.

The Lectures

One of the highlights of these days will be exploring in-depth the knowledge that accompanies our meditation practice. These lively talks delve into practical topics like managing change and finding balance in these uncertain times. We’ll especially be focusing on the challenges of Covid-19 and the lessons available to us.

The set up

The retreat will be delivered in a series of Zoom meetings and lectures across the four days. We will guide you in how to schedule your personal rounding programme around the lectures. You’ll have the opportunity to check in with us several times a day to discuss your practice and to interact with other retreat attendees.

your home experience

You’ll experience this entire Virtual Rounding Retreat from the comfort of your own home. We’ll guide you in how to structure your days, including reducing demands of work and home, planning your meals, adjusting your media consumption, and connecting with friends and family.

Prerequisite

Anyone who has learned Vedic Meditation, regardless of experience level, is welcome to join.

 

Cost
