• Meditation (of course) is going to transform your sleep. The deep rest removes stress from the system, meaning you can settle more easily at night.

• Eating your main meal at lunchtime. Make this shift, and you’ll feel lighter going to bed.

• Going to bed early, around 10pm, and getting up around 6am. This aligns you with natural rhythms, leaving you more energised.
