      Special Vedic Techniques Course

        In this course we teach a Special Vedic Technique to deliver extra support for those who regularly experience heightened emotions and sensations as a result of deep-rooted stress and trauma. For some meditators, when past stress and trauma is deeply ingrained, it can lead to a spillover of stress release that impacts our day-to-day life. This is when it can be beneficial to add an additional technique to facilitate smoother progress. This Special Vedic Technique is practised for a few minutes alongside your regular twice-daily practice of Vedic Meditation.
