Do Reset Named a Finalist at the 2026 Business Book Awards
Do Reset, the latest book by London Meditation Centre co-founder Jillian Lavender, has been named a finalist at the 2026 Business Book Awards.
The book was shortlisted in the Wellness and Wellbeing category, with Jillian attending the awards ceremony in London on 16 September.
Published in 2025, Do Reset: Meditate. Move Beyond. Find Clarity. is Jillian’s practical guide to meditation and its place in modern life. Drawing on more than 15 years of teaching Vedic Meditation, the book looks at how a regular meditation practice can help us release accumulated stress, think more clearly and respond more effectively to the demands of everyday life.
Since publication, Do Reset has introduced a new audience to Vedic Meditation, as well as providing an accessible resource for people who want to understand more about the practice and how to establish it as part of daily life.
The Business Book Awards recognise authors and publishers across a range of categories, with Do Reset selected as one of the 2026 finalists in Wellness and Wellbeing.
And, true to the subject of the book, Jillian still managed to fit in her second meditation of the day on the Tube platform on the way to the ceremony.
