What's involved?
  • In this course we teach a Special Vedic Technique to deliver extra support for those who regularly experience heightened emotions and sensations as a result of deep-rooted stress and trauma.
  • For some meditators, when past stress and trauma is deeply ingrained, it can lead to a spillover of stress release that impacts our day-to-day life. This is when it can be beneficial to add an additional technique to facilitate smoother progress.
  • This Special Vedic Technique is practised for a few minutes alongside your regular twice-daily practice of Vedic Meditation.
Who is this course for?

Those who are regularly experiencing one or more of the following symptoms of stress release:

  • chronic anger
  • deep sadness
  • ongoing anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • stubborn insomnia
  • migraines and headaches

When this technique is practised on a daily basis alongside meditation, these symptoms will reduce over time.

Course Structure
  • The course involves witnessing the Puja ceremony (as you did when you first learned to meditate). Immediately afterwards you are taught your Special Vedic Technique.
  • On the following day we’ll meet to refine your practice and build your understanding.

Prerequisite

You need to have been practising Vedic Meditation regularly twice a day for a minimum of 4 months.

£750 per person
