Why relationships matter

Relationships lie at the heart of the human experience. Whether this is the relationship with oneself, other human beings or our environment. In this Veda108 knowledge course we’ll explore the Vedic principles that shape these interactions.

Areas we’ll explore:
  • the purpose and goal of relating
  • the basis of relationships and how to nourish them
  • how consciousness drives the quality of our social interactions
  • the factors that undermine our ability to optimise these connections
  • ways to upgrade the depth of love and unity in our lives

How this course will help you
  • bring your awareness to relationships in a way that upgrades those connections for all involved
  • identify old patterns that might be interrupting your ability to have a smooth and frictionless flow in relation to others
  • apply a new perspective to interactions that supports deeper and more meaningful shared experiences

Relationships are the stuff of life. At all times we are relating to someone or something.
